Artist description:

Under the multicultural influences of Western and Asian pop, Jayne Peh is a Singaporean singer-songwriter who blends the intimate lyricism with atmospheric soundscapes in her original works. At 16 years old, she won champion with her song “Bank of Emotions” in the “Xin Kong Xia” National Schools Xinyao Songwriting Competition and 1st Runners Up with her song “ezlink” at the 23rd The Dream Composition organised by NUS King Edward VII Hall. Her song “Glow”, from the Youth Station Project’s Top 15, was also selected for the SYFgoesOnline!2021 celebrations and rearranged by local acapella group MICapella for the Let’s Jam Together! programme. The singer-songwriter then won both the “Best Song Award” and “Lyrics (Merit) Award” at SG:SW I Write The Songs 2021, jointly organised by COMPASS, Ocean Butterflies, and Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, with her song “To Sea”, released in 2022.
